Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT are typically dispatched the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT or on weekends will be processed the next business day
  • During peak seasons, processing may take 1-2 additional business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Track your parcel using the tracking number provided
  • Check your order status in your account dashboard
  • Contact our customer service team if you have any questions about your delivery

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Proof of purchase required

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team
  2. Receive your return authorization number
  3. Pack items securely in original packaging
  4. Ship to the address provided

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund.

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or style.

  • Contact our customer service team to arrange an exchange
  • Return the original item following our returns process
  • We'll send the replacement item once we receive your return
  • Exchange shipping costs may apply

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

  • Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
  • Return shipping will be covered by Kelmora

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to update your delivery address. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.

If you're not available to receive your delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. You can also track your parcel and request a specific delivery time with most carriers.

Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. Sale items may have different return conditions. Please check the product page for specific return information.

For standard returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, if an item is damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item, Kelmora will cover all return shipping costs.
